NAVITAS REGULAR PACKAGE

NAVITAS REALTIES LTD to do the following under listed.

  1. We will conduct an aggressive Rental Application & Tenant Screening reports
  2. Ensure that the tenant’s covenants are strictly adhered to by the tenants and also observing the landlord’s covenant on his behalf.
  3. Proactive about rent collections.
  4. Detailed maintenance, regular inspections.
  5. Make provision of security, waste bin and bags, and general cleaning of the compound and gardening.
  6. Represent the landlord in all cases.
  7. Keeping records of tenants and attend to their demands.
  8. Make provision of security for the property.

NAVITAS REGULAR package charge: 4% of the gross rent of the property.

NAVITAS LITE PACKAGE

The following under listed responsibilities are unique to this package. The package also comes with all other items listed in the Regular Management Package.

  1. Responsible for repainting flats in the case of the exit of tenants.
  2. Fix damages in case of structural damage due to wear and tear.
  3. Fix damages on fittings (electrical, mechanical, and structural).

NAVITAS LITE package charge: 8% of the gross rent of the property.

NAVITAS PREMIUM PACKAGE

The following under listed responsibilities are unique to this package. This package also comes with all other items listed in Regular and Lite Management Packages.

  1. Remit to the landlord a cumulative gross rent for the whole flats/apartments every start of the year (irrespective of when rents are collected from the tenants).
  2. Initiate internal renovation upon a tenant’s exit.
  3. Be responsible for carrying out external painting of the entire building (every three years’ interval).
  4. Fix damages in case of structural damage due to nature and

fittings (electrical, mechanical, and structural).

NAVITAS PREMIUM package charge: 12% of the gross rent of the property.
